Room and Design Centre
Our highly sophisticated tool room is equipped with
Vertical Machining Center, EDM is capable of supporting
the Machining & Foundry division with rapid development
of tooling, patterns & dies to reduce the development
time. Advanced softwares like Unigraphics and DELCAM
are used extensively by young & enthusiastic engineers
that helps to cut down the development time drastically.

Division
ET
is equipped with a foundry division having the capacity
to produce 1000 tonnes P.A. of Graded Cast Iron and
S.G. Iron. The setup is equipped with 4 melting furnaces,
DESAMATIC & power backup taking care of power failures.
Foundry is capable of producing the castings from Green
sand & Shell moulding with in-house facilities like
shell making & core making. Our testing lab is fully
equipped with chemical analysis lab, sand testing equipments,
Metallurgical Microscope with image analyser to check
the microstructure etc.
